And it is not simple to get good macros from insects as they intend to move a lot
Personally think higher aperture could help this shot to be even beter

Crafts, hats off to you for getting such a great photo of an ant, and a very interesting ant, too. They are such a difficult subject, as they move around so much. The lighting and depth of field are perfect here. If you had stopped down much more, there could have been some blur as the ant may have moved.
