Shocked!

This gecko fell down from my ceiling to the floor while I was walking to the kitchen. He didn't move at all because I think he was shocked. I took my camera immediately and shot him...but only one shot and he ran away :-)

Great picture and nice blur effect. It must be quit a performance to make a close up of such animals. I should suggest to cut a bit at the lower border to not have the end of the ropes into the frame. It should give even more dynamism the picture wich is laready quite dynamic thanks to the framing and composition.

eek! Thank god you didn't step on him! I think he knew you had a camera, and thats why he paused. He really wanted his picture taken!
